IMPERIAL BELUGA

Imperial Beluga, also called Reserve Beluga. It is carefully selected on basis of size (3,2 mm pr. roe), colour and consistency. This is the finest and most expensive caviar which was previously reserved for the shahs of Iran and the tsars of Russia – hence the names Reserve beluga and Imperial Beluga.
